Keesler Air Force Base Building 904 Renovation

This project provided a renovation of the existing facility along with a replacement of the building's HVAC system. The existing boiler and 60-ton air cooled chiller were replaced with a new high efficiency boiler and 70-ton chiller along with existing chilled and hot water piping systems being replaced in their entirety. New variable volume air handling units were provided to serve the HVAC system and single duct VAV terminals with hot water reheat coils provide conditioning to building spaces. Existing controls were replaced with a Direct Digital Control (DDC) system.
